Rodrigo Molina

Postgraduate in Business Law, with extensive professional experience in Commercial Law in Brazil and Latin America, especially in Information Technology companies (EMC, ORACLE, IBM and SAP) where he worked in the development and support for the implementation of internal policies based on international compliance conventions such as FCPA and SOX.

Strong experience in matters related to:

• Public Sector - Brazilian Public Contracts Law;
• Foreign investment and rules for the creation of a company - Private Limited Liability Company (SA);
• Distribution contracts, consortium, incentives and regional development;
• Intellectual property contracts (software);
• Legal system and protection of private property;
• Taxation (federal, state and municipal taxes);
• Immigration and visa requirements (types visas for work purposes).
