Alessandra Lanza

Graduated in Law from FMU – Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas and Master of Law (LLM) in Financial and Capital Market Law from INSPER – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (IBMEC/SP). Specialist in Corporate, Capital Markets, M&A and International Law.

She has been working for 22 years in offices and legal departments of large companies, such as Banco General Motors, B3 - Brazil Stock Exchange (direct participation in the demutualization and IPO of Bovespa and in the merger of Bovespa with BM&F), Medial Saúde and BHG SA – Brazil Hospitality Group, the last three of which are publicly traded corporations that have already had their shares listed on B3's Novo Mercado. 

She has extensive experience in setting up and reorganizing national and international companies, attracting and structuring investments, including participation in IPO's and Boards of Directors, in addition to supporting areas of investor relations. 

Currently she also works as Legal Director and Mentor of the accelerator Ignitions Inc, linked to the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC SP) and is Mentor of the accelerator Amazonas Cap, linked to Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
